My get-go question would be, since the headset can pair with multiple devices, how many is information technology paired with already?

Does the headset show at all, even as an unknown device in the Bluetooth devices?

Are you lot holding the power button to the correct for about iii seconds to prepare information technology in pairing mode.  I suppose you know, if you hold the power push to the right for x seconds, information technology clears all prior paired devices.

Do you have any other Bluetooth devices which are working so you lot can cheque your Bluetooth radio?

Yes I know almost the pairing manner and clearing previously paired devices.

I can see multiple other Bluetooth devices which are connected and working, simply cant encounter the Bose QC35 Two and pair with it?

Howdy,

Attempt QC35 Reboot:
1. Turn the headset off and wait for at least 30 seconds.
2. Plug the headset into a USB power supply via USB cord and expect at least 5 seconds. (Power supply needs to be plugged into the wall with power on).
3. Unplug USB cord from the headset and wait at least 1 infinitesimal.
4. Turn on the headset and test if the headset works properly

Afterward reboot i would suggest yous to follow these steps:

one. First you need to add the device doing Command Panel -> Hardware and Audio -> add device. If yous already did this and don't meet the headphones nether Sound Manager, uninstall the drivers, restart your pc and effort again.

two. Still in Control Panel -> Hardware and Sound, click on Devices and Printers, right-click on the headphones icon, go to Backdrop and the to "services" tab, expect for the list to get updated and deactivate "Handsfree Telephony".

three. Restart your PC.

I only cleared my paired devices and turned the headset off.  Then I went into Windows and set adding a new device.  Later on that,  all I had to do was await for it to see a Headset.  Once I selected the Generic headset, it paired and connected.  I did not have to set the headset to pair.

My headset does take threescore% power available.
